Defendant represents that the court of appeal has failed to act timely on a supervisory writ application or applications filed on or about July 23, 2018. If defendant's representation is correct, the court of appeal is ordered to consider and act on the writ application(s). The court of appeal is also ordered to provide this court with a copy of its judgment.
