Opinion

IN RE: Thornton, Derrick; Applying for Writ of Certiorari and/or Review, Stay; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, Number K-3223; Parish of Orleans Criminal District Court Div. “F” Number 303-796.

Denied.

DIXON, C.J., would grant the writ. The state clearly did not carry its burden of supporting this warrantless arrest. CALOGERO, J., would grant. The trial judge’s ruling was correct.
