Opinion
Plaintiff-appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing an indictment that charged defendant-appellee Stephen Theobald with carrying a concealed weapon in violation of R.C.
Therefore, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand this cause for further proceedings consistent with this judgment entry and the law.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
