The below judgment of the court was joined by DEWINE, BRUNNER, DETERS, HAWKINS, and SHANAHAN, JJ. KENNEDY, C.J., and FISCHER, J., dissented in accordance with Chief Justice Kennedy’s separate opinion in State v. King, 2026- Ohio-2656.

{¶ 1} The judgment of the First District Court of Appeals is vacated, and the cause is remanded to that court for application of our decision in State v. King, 2026-Ohio-2656.
