Sua sponte, cause no longer held for the decisions in State v. Dunson, case No. 2017-0186, and State v. Braden, case Nos. 2017-1579 and 2017-1609, and stay of briefing schedule lifted. The clerk shall issue an order for the transmittal of the record from the Court of Appeals for Montgomery County, and the parties shall brief this case in accordance with the rules of practice of this court.
