PER CURIAM.

The trial court’s order dismissing the information filed against appellees for the unlawful manufacture of cannabis is hereby reversed on the authority of State v. Lindsey, 446 So.2d 1074 (Fla.1984) and State v. Dilworth, 397 So.2d 292 (Fla.1981).
