The assessment removed into this court by the relators purports to have been made upon the inhabitants of Rocky Run school district No. 11, in the township of Lebanon, in the county of Hunterdon, in the year 1870, by virtue of a certificate of the district clerk under section eighty of the school law. (Nix. Dig. 879.)
