Opinion

In re Herschel Sterling, applying for stay order. Orleans Parish. No. 269-980.

On 6/19/79 we stayed defendant’s trial pending further orders of this Court. Inasmuch as we held in State v. Sterling, No. 65,047 (rendered 10/8/79; rehearing denied 11/1/79) that defendant is not entitled to a preliminary examination, the stay of defendant’s trial issued 6/19/79 is recalled.
