Opinion

JOHNSTONE, Justice.

The opinion of the Court of Criminal Appeals, 835 So.2d 230 (Ala.Crim.App.2000), is correct. See § 13A-1-4, Ala.Code 1975 (“No act or omission is a crime unless made so by this title or by other applicable statute or lawful ordinance.”).

AFFIRMED.
