Opinion

In re Snyder, John K.; applying for writ of certiorari and/or review; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. K86-310; Parish of Rapides, 9th Judicial District Court, Div. “C”, No. 214405.

Granted. The Court of Appeal judgment is reversed and the trial court ruling is reinstated. The trial court’s fact-finding and credibility evaluation were not clearly wrong.

WATSON, J., would grant the writ and hear arguments.
