In re: State of Louisiana, through the District Attorney, Ossie Brown, applying for supervisory writs. Parish of East Baton Rouge.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial judge is reversed, the motion to suppress is overruled, and the case is remanded to the district court for further proceedings.
