In re: Bennie Smith applying for writs of certiorari, mandamus and prohibition. Parish of Tangipahoa.

Granted in part. The State should furnish applicant tapes of grand jury testimony of witnesses who testified consistently with views expressed by applicant in his testimony before the grand jury. Otherwise, the writ is denied.
