The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 27th day of April 2004 by Attorney General for Extension of Time to File Response to Petition for Writ of Certiorari:

"Motion Allowed. Attorney General shall have up to and including the 10th day of May 2004 to file and his/her Response with this Court. By order of the Court in conference this the 3rd day of May 2004."
