— Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gagliardi, J.), dated December 5, 1980, dismissed as academic. Said order was superseded by a further order of the same court, dated January 6, 1982, which was entered upon reargument. Order dated January 6, 1982 affirmed insofar as appealed from. No opinion. The plaintiff is awarded one bill of $50 costs and disbursements. Mollen, P. J., Titone, Brown and Niehoff, JJ., concur.
