In re: Dorothy Robertson and Nettie Pearl Jones applying for writ of mandamus.
Writ denied. Considering the suppression hearing is presently in progress as to whether or not the confession was freely and voluntarily given, we find no abuse of discretion at this time of the trial judge’s denial of a protective order.
