Opinion

In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying for Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Calcasieu, 14th Judicial District Court Div. A, No. 15321-01; to the Court of Appeal, Third Circuit, No. KW 03-00348.

Denied as moot. Judge Patricia Minaldi has been appointed to serve as a judge on the federal district court and has assumed that office. Because the motion to recuse is personal to Judge Minaldi, the recusal issue is moot.
