Opinion

PER CURIAM.

Appellee moved to enforce his plea agreement when the state filed civil commitment proceedings under the Jimmy Ryce Act. The trial court granted relief and ordered appellee’s release from custody. The state appeals, and we reverse on the authority of Krischer v. Faris, 838 So.2d 600 (Fla. 4th DCA 2003) and Murray v. Regier, 27 Fla. L. Weekly S1008, [803]*803— So.2d —, 2002 WL 31728885 (Fla. Dec. 5, 2002).
