joins in the denial; the certification of the machine is out of date (See Exhibit 1 — more than 4 months elapsed after certification) but the defendant did not object for that reason. There might have been a valid certification which could have been produced if the reason for the objection had been stated.

CALOGERO and WATSON, JJ., would grant the writ.
