Opinion

PER CURIAM1

| ^Rehearing granted in part, otherwise denied. This Court erroneously determined that Assignments of Error 41, 42, 43, 46, 47, and 48 were procedurally barred. Notwithstanding this finding, the Court addressed each of these assignments of error on its merits in its opinion and found each one to be baseless. Accordingly, there are no grounds for granting defendant relief.
