In re State of Louisiana;—Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial [1096]*1096Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. C, No. 514-360; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2013-K-0831.

Writ granted. The ruling of the trial court granting defendant’s motion to suppress is reversed. The case is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings.
