Opinion

In re State of Louisiana, applying for writ of certiorari and/or review to the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal, No. K-1702; Criminal District Court, Parish of Orleans, No. 294-589.

Denied. The result is correct; State v. Everett, 432 So.2d 250 (La.1983) does not control. See State v. Jaye, 383 So.2d 1261 (La.1980) instead.
