Opinion

PER CURIAM.

We decline to extend the defense of recantation to the charge of tampering with physical evidence. We therefore reverse that portion of the trial court’s order dismissing the tampering charge based on suc^ defense and affirm the order of dismissal in all other respects,

AFFIRMED in part, REVERSED in part, and REMANDED.
