The following order has been entered on the motion filed on the 22nd day of September 2005 by the Attorney General for Extension of Time for Filing State's Petition for Writ of Certiorari:

"Motion Allowed. The Attorney General will have until 21 October 2005 to file his Petition for Writ of Certiorari. By order of the Court in conference this the 6th day of October 2005."
