WHEREAS, it hath appeared to this Court, upon the Affidavit of Jack Tappen, that the Defendant holds a certain Anthony Tappen in Bondage and Slavery, without lawful Authority for the lame as the laid Jack alkdgeih : therefore, Ordered, on Motion of Mr. Leaxe for the laid Anthony, that a W rit of Habeas Corpus a l faciendum fubjiciendum et Recipiendum do iifue, returnable to this Court at the next Term.
