Opinion

WOODARD, Judge.

For the reasons given in the companion case hereto rendered this date under the caption State of Louisiana v. Kathryn Joe Peterson, 96-1663 (La.App. 3 Cir. 6/4/97); 696 So.2d 211, the defendant’s conviction and sentence are affirmed. The trial court is instructed to amend the commitment and minute entry of the sentence to reflect that the defendant is given credit for time served.

AFFIRMED WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
