In re Rene Perkins, applying for writ of certiorari. Parish of Orleans. No. 281-292.
Denied. Contrary to relator’s contention, the Legislature has made provision for detention and custody of juveniles who are subject to the jurisdiction of the district court pending determination of guilt or innocence. See R.S. 13:1571.10 (acts 1980, No. 482 § 1).
