Opinion
The cause is presented to us upon a transcript of the instructions to the jury requested by the defendant, and upon the instructions given by the court on its own motion. The record also sets forth the verdict, motion for a new trial, and judgment.. This is the entire record. There is no argument or brief for either party. We have examined the case so far as it has been presented, and discover no error. The judgment is affirmed.
