CARPENTER, Judge.

Jose Felix Pardo (“Defendant”) appeals from judgments entered after the trial

court denied his motion to suppress and he pleaded guilty to: (1) two counts of

trafficking methamphetamine; (2) one count of possession with intent to

manufacture, sell, or deliver marijuana; and (3) one count of manufacturing

marijuana. Defendant challenges the trial court’s denial of his motion to suppress.

After allowing Defendant’s petition for writ of certiorari (“PWC”), we affirm.
