Opinion

PER CURIAM.

The appeal by the state is dismissed, see State v. C.C., 449 So.2d 280 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983), and petition for writ of certiorari is denied based upon the state’s failure to meet the requirements of State v. Steinbrecher, 409 So.2d 510 (Fla. 3d DCA 1983).
