In re: Charles B. W. Palmer applying for remedial writs and stay order.
Granted in part. On the showing made before this court, all proceedings against applicant conducted by Joe Simpson, Assistant District Attorney, are stayed until a hearing upon applicant’s motion to recuse him has been held. Otherwise the writ is denied.
