Writ granted. Stay order recalled. Judgment of trial court is vacated and set aside. Trial judge should conduct a hearing to determine the indigent status of defendant. If he determines that defendant is not indigent, [359]*359trial judge should proceed in accordance with La.Code Cr.P. art. 914.1C(3).
