Opinion

Per Curiam:

Mr. Jeremy Todd O'Dell appeals the conviction by a Clay County jury of driving while intoxicated. § 577.010. The trial court sentenced Mr. O'Dell as an aggravated offender to four years of imprisonment in the Missouri Department of Corrections. We affirm. Rule 30.25(b).
