New Mexico allowed 60 days within which to file a motion to dismiss, in the nature of a motion under Rule 12(b)(6), Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Plaintiff allowed 45 days to file a response to the motion. A reply, if any, shall be filed within 15 days after the response is filed.
