IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Opinion of the Court, filed on February 10, 2023, is corrected as follows:

On page 1, in the first paragraph, on the first line, the words “requires the court to” should be inserted after the word “case,” and the word “considers” should be “consider,” so that the text reads: “This case requires the court to consider the application of Hawai͑i Revised . . . .”

On page 2, on the first line, the word “allegedly”

should be deleted.
