Opinion
On December 1, 1999, defendant-appellant, Mbiya Mitchem, was sentenced to nine months' incarceration after being found guilty of the offense of preparation of drugs for sale or distribution, a violation of R.C.
Mitchem presents for our review one assignment of error, claiming that both R.C.
We note, however, that in State v. Duncan (Apr. 14, 2000), Hamilton App. No. C-990582, unreported, this court declared R.C.
The judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
Further, a certified copy of this Judgment Entry shall constitute the mandate, which shall be sent to the trial court under App.R. 27. Costs shall be taxed under App.R. 24.
