Opinions

Granted. The orders of the trial court and court of appeal are vacated. The State is hereby ordered to make the evidence at issue available to defendants for copying in accordance with La.Code Cr.P. art. 718. The State is not required to identify to defendants which particular documents in its possession it intends to use at trial.

CALOGERO, J., concurs in part; dissents in part. WATSON, J., not on panel. JOHNSON, J., would deny the writ.
