Opinion

[943]*943 ON CONFESSION OF ERROR

WELLS, Chief Judge.

On Appellee Yanit Valdes Menendez’ commendable confession of error, we reverse that portion of the sentence imposed below withholding adjudication and remand for entry of a new sentence adjudicating her guilt. Since no other portion of the sentence will be affected on remand, Valdes Menendez need not be present for resentencing.

Reversed and remanded with instructions.
