In re State of Louisiana; — Plaintiff; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Orleans Parish Municipal Court, No. 1167681; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2015-K-0281.

Writ granted. The trial court’s ruling granting the defendant’s motion to suppress is reversed. The case is remanded for further proceedings.
