In re James Edward McGhee, applying for remedial writs. Parish of Jefferson. No. 75-1452.

Writ granted. The ambiguity of the restitution provision of the sentence considered, this case is hereby remanded to the trial court to hold another hearing and to clarify for the record the amount of restitution to be paid by defendant and to grant relator a reasonable time to make restitution of said amount.
