Relator’s application to this court is granted. The judgment of the court of appeal dismissing the application to that court is reversed, and the application is reinstated.
[189]*189The case is remanded to the trial court with instructions to furnish the missing transcript or to order the court reporter under penalty of-contempt to furnish the transcript.
