Chief Justice Mike McGrath delivered the Opinion ofthe Court.

Pursuant to Section I, Paragraph 3(c), Montana Supreme Court Internal Operating Rules, this case is decided by memorandum opinion and shall not be cited and does not serve as precedent. Its case title, cause number, and disposition shall be included in this Court's quarterly list of noncitable cases published in the Pacific Reporter and Montana Reports. ¶2 Defendant Matthew Douglas Webb appeals from the Judgment of the Fourth Judicial District Court, Missoula County, following his conviction of Criminal Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a felony, in violation of§ 45-9-102(6), MCA (2015). We restate and address the following issue on appeal: Did the District Court err by denying Webb's motion to suppress evidence based on an alleged lack of particularized suspicion of wrongdoing?

We affirm.
