16 for Appellee 17 MEMORANDUM OPINION 18 KENNEDY, Judge. 19 The State appeals the district court’s order suppressing evidence pursuant to 20 NMSA 1978, Section 39-3-3(B)(2) (1972). This Court issued a calendar notice 21 proposing to affirm and the State responded with a memorandum in opposition which 22 we have duly considered. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
