ORDER
Considering the application of the relator, Ervin Joseph Louis, the writ is granted, and an out-of-time appeal is ordered for the appeal of his conviction and sentence to this Court. The trial judge is authorized to grant the relator sufficient time to perfect his bills of exceptions.
