APPEAL from the Court of Appeals for Lucas County, No. L-14-1229, 2016-Ohio-1113. _________________ {¶ 1} The judgment of the court of appeals is reversed on the authority of State v. Grimes, ___ Ohio St.3d ___, 2017-Ohio-2927, __ N.E.3d ___, and this cause is remanded to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with our decision in Grimes.
