State v. Locke
202 S.W.3d 625, 2006 Mo. App. LEXIS 1094, 2006 WL 1982909
Opinion
ORDER
Charles Locke was convicted of one count of first degree murder, under section 565.020 RSMo 2000, and one count of forcible rape, under section 566.080 RSMo 2000. Because a published opinion would have no precedential value, a memorandum has been provided to the parties.
The judgment is affirmed. Rule 30.25(b).
