In re: Bernice Lewis applying for writs of certiorari, prohibition, mandamus and stay order.

Writ denied.

No showing that trial judge fixed the time for the filing of this application. Moreover, adequate remedy by appeal in the event of conviction.

SUMMERS, J., concurs in the denial. In my view there is no showing that this application is timely filed and this application should be denied for that reason alone.
