For the reasons this day handed down in the case of State of Louisiana ex rel. Nunez v. Baynard et al., La.App., 15 So.2d 649, it is ordered that the judgment appealed from in this case be and the same is hereby affirmed at the costs of the defendants, appellants herein. *Page 660
