In re William Lang; — Defendant; Applying For Supervisory and/or Remedial Writs, Parish of Orleans, Criminal District Court Div. J, No. 520-443; to the Court of Appeal, Fourth Circuit, No. 2015-K-0646.

Writ granted. The rulings of the lower' courts are reversed and vacated. The motion to suppress is granted, and this case is remanded for further proceedings consistent with this ruling.
