MOTION AND PROCEDURAL RULING

On appellee's motion to set execution date. Motion granted. Keith LaMar's sentence shall be carried into execution by the warden of the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility, or in his absence, by the deputy warden on Thursday, November 16, 2023, in accordance with the statutes so provided. Appellant's motion for order of relief pursuant to S.Ct.Prac.R. 4.01 is denied.
