¶ 3 That the Petition for Review is granted and the matter is remanded to the Court of Appeals Division Three for reconsideration in light of Davis v. Washington, No. 05-5224 (U.S.2006) (547 U.S. ___, 126 S.Ct. 2266, 165 L.Ed.2d 224).
